All Exchange US Payroll positions worldwide are posted on this site. There are several options to help you find the right position for you.
From this page you can find out more information about our efforts to hire veterans and military spouses/family members and positions available in our deployment sites. You can search a particular area for available positions, hourly, management, corporate (Dallas TX), Distribution (warehouses), or management trainee programs.
Please note that some positions are posted internally only for current associates. If you are currently working for the Exchange, make sure you select the Current Associates option. Anyone that is not currently an Exchange associate that applies for a position posted internally will not be considered for the position unless it is determined to seek external applicants.
Once you have selected your area of interest, you will see an Apply Now option:
Click on this to see all available positions for your area of choice. Job postings change daily and are usually posted for at least 5 calendar days, so ensure you check back often (or set up a notification for certain positions – more on this later). At this point it is highly recommended you SIGN IN or elect to create a new profile. You can do this by filling in the information in the box on the right-hand side of the screen, or by selecting SIGN IN in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Let’s go back to the position openings, when you first select APPLY NOW, all positions for your selected area will be displayed. You can limit your search by entering a job title, category of employment (Regular Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, Temporary, or Intermittent), a particularly vacancy number, or by using keywords. You can also limit the search by location. A location search can be limited by country, state, or specific military installation. For example, you can search for all openings in Texas and a list of all military installations in Texas will appear. Scroll through the list and select the location you want. After you have entered any of the search parameters, click on SEARCH.
On the next page, you can click on a position to see more details, change your search parameters, and save your search. By saving your search, you will be notified when new positions are posted that are within your search parameters. Set this up by selecting SAVE SEARCH and completing the information in the pop-up box, and click on SAVE.
When you have selected a particular position and reviewed the detail information, if you want to apply, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on APPLY TO JOB. On the next screen, select LET’S GET STARTED. It is very helpful to have your profile set up prior to applying for a position. Why? Because your personal information and resume – if you uploaded one – are readily available to speed the application process.
You can apply for all of the positions that interest you. Once you apply, the Exchange Recruiter will review all applications after the position closes. The close, or expiration date, for the posting is located at the bottom of the position description:
The time to complete the review can vary based upon the number of applicants. Generally, the applicants selected for interview will be notified within 5-7 days.
