DISCUSSION:

The performance evaluation process for hourly associates has been fully automated.  This article advises what to do if you have any questions about the process or your evaluation.


As of October 2018the Exchange’s new Hourly Performance Management Program is live.  This program has simplified or eliminated many manual processes.  

If you do experience any issues using the system or are curious about the status of a completed performance evaluation, you will no longer contact POPSHELP.  Any questions about the Hourly Performance Management system should be addressed to: HourlyPM@aafes.com
