In order to reinstate your cancelled insurance coverage, you will first need to pay your lapsed insurance premiums in full. You are able to pay insurance premiums either by making a payment at the store or by mailing in a payment. 


To pay at the store, provide the cashier with the account, 025-12, the first 4 digits of your work facility, your TSS ID, and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Once paid, send a copy of the receipt to the HR Support Center via fax, 214-465-2134, email hrsc@aafes.com, or phone 214-313-6190.
 

o pay by mail, ensure your TSS ID is on the face of the check and mail to HQ Exchange, ATTN: FA-T/Insurance Premiums, PO Box 650428, Dallas TX 75265-0428.
