All public customer service and sales points are undergoing thorough disinfecting cleanings daily. Deep cleaning with sanitizing disinfectant spray is occurring regularly on everything in our main stores, from cash registers to shopping carts to door handles.


Restrooms are being routinely cleaned and sanitized, and similar procedures are being implemented at theaters and concessions.


Our restaurants have a long history of strong food safety and sanitation practices. All food service workers receive training on food safety, cleanliness and personal hygiene when hired. They also receive annual refresher classes that provide updates to ensure a healthy and safe environment for you and your family.


In addition, all associates continue to review and follow food safety and hygiene measures in our name brand partners’ operations manuals.


Your Exchange is working around the clock to meet significant increases in demand. Shelves at stores in the Europe and Pacific regions are almost fully stocked with critical products after pushing more than 800,000 high-demand items from Exchange distribution centers in the U.S.


In heavily affected areas, some merchandise may be subject to per-customer limits. We continue to work in lockstep with store management and installation leadership to ensure timely delivery of products to our stores worldwide.
