Associate Retirement Lunch/Dinner – Temporary Exception


Due to the current pandemic situation and the impact on an associate retirement lunch/dinner, a temporary exception has been made to allow the option of providing a restaurant gift card to the retiree in lieu of a group attended retirement lunch/dinner.  


This temporary exception is in effect through 30 Sep 21 and will be revisited as conditions change.


As a reminder, Exchange funds may be used to pay for the meal for the retiree, retiree’s spouse and up to five (5) guests, not to exceed $20 per person. Please ensure that the gift cards are for restaurants only (i.e., no AAFES or Visa gift cards), and that the maximum expenditures outlined in ESR 1-17 are adhered to.
